Ingredients

Add hash brown patties, frozen to shopping list 2 hash brown patties, frozen

Add butter, softened to shopping list 1 Tablespoon butter, softened

Add thick, deli corned beef to shopping list 2 slices thick, deli corned beef

Add sauerkraut, rinsed and drained to shopping list 1/2 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

Add brown sugar to shopping list 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Add cinnamon applesauce to shopping list 2 Tablespoons cinnamon applesauce

Add Thousand Island dressing to shopping list 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

Add Swiss cheese, shredded to shopping list 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Place hash brown patties in a greased 11x7- inch baking pan. Spread each with butter; top with corned beef.

In a bowl, combine the sauerkraut, brown sugar and applesauce; spoon over the corned beef. Top with salad dressing and Swiss cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
