Oreo Cookie Dessert

Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Ingredients

Add chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies) to shopping list 1 lb. chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies)

Add (1/2 cup) butter to shopping list 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

Add powdered sugar to shopping list 1 cup powdered sugar

Add (8 oz.) cream cheese to shopping list 1 box (8 oz.) cream cheese

Add (12 oz.) non dairy whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), divided to shopping list 1 container (12 oz.) non dairy whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), divided

Add (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding and pie mix to shopping list 1 box (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding and pie mix

Add (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding and pie mix to shopping list 1 box (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding and pie mix

Directions:

Crush cookies and mix with melted butter to form crust (save just a little bit of crushed cookies to sprinkle over top). Spread in 9x13 pan and put in freezer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and HALF of whipped topping together. Spread over crust.

Mix both puddings together according to the PIE Recipe directions on box then spread to make next layer.

Finally spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer and sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
